Disaster Relief: Haiti, July 17 - 24

Twitter friend in my head, Stuart MacDonald has the opportunity to go and lend a hand in Haiti and needs our help! For eight days July 17th - 24th, he and the Victory World Church of Atlanta will be there to help out a group who has been there since the beginning. www.ahomeinhaiti.org and sponsor Shaun King are the folks who have been active and on the ground since the the earthquake hit.

Now for the donation part, his trip is $1,200 and is to include his  food, lodging,transportation, flights and security) This is by far not a go over on your own and gawk and the disaster left behind. But he needs help financing the trip and we a FINDaBB plan to make a donation. Keep in mind that this blog is currently not making any money due to it being new and not having a lot of readership. I know he will appreciate ANY AMOUNT you can send through paypal. Also, if you'd like to go, contact him. I can't go because of a couple of reasons: 1. I'd be crying too much and 2. I'd try to bring home every one of those little orphans!
